HELP! Have AP Voucher Need to book Rm but can't Log in!

I ordered my AP online. In the mail today I received an exchange certificate. I want to book my room at the Poly using the BRP plan online but I can't log in to the passholder section to do so because I don't have the actual AP, only the exchange cert. How do I do this? Are there special codes on my exchange certificate that will allow me to log in? Please don't tell me I can't book a room until I actually turn in the exchange cert. for the AP at the park?? The only reason I bought the AP was for the room discounts! TIA!!

This is what I did, (I had to submit a couple of times before it accepted it)
WDW:the 3#'s after this , the the date on the back of the card, Then ignore Tr:and the 3#'s after that add in the last 3#'s

Thank you!!! That worked and I got my rooms all booked. 5 nights at Poly and 1 at the AS Movie. Having the AP ended up saving me $552 ($366 after the extra cost for the AP)! 81 days now to wait!

Here is what is on the back of my card..
XXB99 10/15/2005 WTS:056 Tr: 10 11 295.00

I entered the corresponding codes
WTS 056 10 15 05

If I skip Tr: and the three numbers after, I don't know what to enter.

Steve we are having the same problem. The numbers after Tr for us is Tr: 5 14 and no combination seems to work. Any body got any ideas?

Steve, Looks like you ordered an annual pass with a DVC discount. I also did. Two days ago I emailed them and got a response. Try just typing in the 14 for the last numbers required. I think that will work.

I also ordered from DVC and that is what works. After the TR, only use the last 2 numbers.
