I'm hoping someone can help me. Last week I linked both my 4 day park hopper tickets and the Halloween party tickets to the app on my phone. I was looking today and only the park hopper tickets now show. I tried scanning the Halloween party tickets again and it says they are already linked to my account.

I have the paper tickets, but I liked having them on the app as a backup. Does anyone have any idea why they disappeared or any ideas how to get them back?

We leave in one week and this is our first trip with the whole family to Disneyland and our first Halloween party. I just want everything to go smoothly. Lol

I’m not too sure why they’re not showing on the app when they’re already saying that they’re linked.

Just to confirm, when you go to ‘My Tickets’ on the app, you’re not able to side swipe to the Halloween Party tickets?

That happened to us, too. DH said that our MHP tickets disappeared from his app (he noticed when he was checking a few days before our party date -- good thing he didn't tell me). When he couldn't figure out how to retrieve them, he rescanned the bar codes from the paper tickets (good thing we kept those). The tickets reappeared on the app and stayed until we scanned them at the gate. So try rescanning the bar codes on your papar tickets. Also, take a photo of your paper tickets to keep on your phone just in case something happens again before your trip.

Yes, when I go to "My Tickets" it now only shows the 4 day park hopper when I side swipe. It's weird that they just disappeared. :worried:

Thank you, I'm glad to know I'm not the only one this has happened to. I'll try scanning the bar code when my daughter gets home from school. I'm not good with my IPhone and can't figure out how to turn the camera on while I'm on that screen to scan the code. haha Also, good idea about taking pictures. I didn't think of that. :thanks:

The DLR app will take the photo automatically. You don't have to turn on your camera while in the app. Just make sure that there is enough light available. We tried once when it was a little too dark, and the tickets wouldn't scan. But once we moved to a lighter area, the tickets scanned right away.

MY daughter showed me how to get the camera turned on to scan the tickets. I actually had to go into settings and then the Disneyland app in settings and turn it on from there. Otherwise it just said "make sure your camera is turned on" where you scan the tickets. I am so bad with most electronics. haha It was so simple once she showed me.

Anyway I scanned the tickets and it still just says the tickets are linked to my account, but they don't show up in the app. :sad2: I'm tempted to delete the app and re-install it, but I'm afraid it will delete the park hoppers then. I guess I'll just let it go and hope I don't have any issues with the paper tickets. It's not worth taking the risk of loosing both.

Thank you for your help though. :thanks:

I wouldn't delete the app. I'd call DL and ask them about it.

I had a ticket problem (hopper, not party) and when I called DL they used my credit card number and were able to find my tickets.

Yeah, I decide it is best not to delete the app and re-install it. My luck I would make things worse. I'm just going to bring the paper tickets with us. I would much prefer not to have them all day before the party (more chance of loosing them). I'm so confused as to why they suddenly disappeared. :confused3 I'm just glad it wasn't the park hopper.

The paper tickets will work fine. And a photo of them on your phone as a back up (make sure to have a clear image of the bar codes) will give you peace of mind. Your daughter can scan the tickets (MHP and PHs) into her app as well. We had our tickets on both phones. When they disappeared from DH's phone, they stayed on mine.
