Help getting from Universal to WDW

Could someone please tell me how I get from Universal to the Boardwalk. I wasn't planning on getting a rental. I was going to use Mears from MCO to Universal. Will Mears pick me up at Universal and take me to WDW? How much does that cost? Thank you.

I think Mears charges $12 each way to get from Universal to WDW.
