Help for family trip fp!

Hi all, I know the brilliant people here can help me. My DH and I will be heading to DW end of April with my sister, bil, and their two kids. While I'm advanced level at planning trips for dh and myself, I have no idea how to go about booking fp for all 6 of us. Kids are 3 and 5 so obviously don't have their own mde accounts. Help!! I've been nominated planner since my sister hasn't been since high school and I've been a bunch in the last few years.
Any advice is appreciated!

Does your sister or BIL have an MDE account? If not, you can just create profiles for them the way you would for your kids. A few years ago we went with another family. Total of 4 adults, 5 children, and I was the only one with an MDE account, so I linked all the tickets and did planning for everyone on my account. No one else was particularly interested in planning.

Yes my sister set up her own account, but she's the only one.

If your sister has her own account, have her make profiles for your BIL and the kids in her family and friends section. Are you and your sister friends on MDE as well? This is another important step so that you both can make plans for the entire group. Once you all have been successfully linked, one person can make fastpasses for everyone. Also keep in mind not everyone needs to get a fastpass for the same thing. While height is no longer an issue in our family, our designated "chicken" group often has a fastpass for a tamer ride while the other group rides the roller coasters.

Are you staying onsite? Are you in one room or two? If so, have you linked your reservations yet? Depending on where everyone's profiles are, you can either have everyone in your MDE account and manage everything or, if you and your sister both have MDE accounts, link via Friends and Family and then you can share plans and both manage reservations. As long as everyone has a profile (including the kids) and valid ticket media attached and you have access to all profiles, you can make FP+ for everyone.
