Help! fogot to pay my balance

I didn't know the balance had to be paid before arrival and it was due today. Will my reservation be cancelled by morning? The reservation line is closed and I can't get a payment to submit online.

Is this an AP rate? Packages are due 45 days out and room only ressies are due upon arrival. I know the AP rate confirmations said that a balance was due in advance, but that was wrong.

What kind of ressie do you have?

Your counter says 12 days, usually package balances are due 21 days before (I think, it's been a long time). If it's a room only reservation, you should be OK. Call first thing in the morning.

Let us know how it worked out! Room only are due when you arrive...we had a misprint on our confirmation letter and I had two different CM's tell me that and not to worry.

We were told that our balance on our package plan is due 45 days ahead. Even given the exact date (off topic--but the orthodontist gave us the EXACT same day that DS's full payment is due--UGH). I would hope there is a little bit of a grace period. Let us know how it works out. Good luck.

If it is a package the balance is due 45 prior to arrival. However if you have paid a deposit the reservation will not auto cancel. They will send you a past due notice and give you a chance to pay it. No documents will be printed until the package is paid in full.

It is an AP rate and wasn't due until I arrive. The CM said is was a mistake. However, I decided to pay in full (no more stress!!!).
After all my planning I couldn't believe that I might have messed up something as major as my hotel!

We're from Ohio too and our counter is also at 11 days. We're staying the first 5 days at CR and then 4 days at BC. I'm so excited that now I've been unable to sleep for the past few days! I'm going to be exhausted when we get there!

steelmans DW, we're so excited too. I'm usually sooo organized, but this time things are crazy. My DH is one of our daughters soccer coach and they are trying to fit in all of the soccer games that got rained out this season. I volunteer at our church and school, and our 14 year old dd's schedule of piano, soccer and youth group stuff is crazy, and to top it off my very healthy 67 year old father had bypass surgery last week (he's doing awesome). I guess this is my lesson in dealing with my control issues . I'm just ready to get out of this nasty Ohio weather. Hope you all have a great time! I've heard BC is fabulous. Hopefully the weather will have turned nice by the time we get home.

the only thing i can tell you is call first thing in the morning to see if you can get it figured out. it could be just the misprint that others have said. i'd rather be safe than sorry.
