Help--First Time Disney Worlders

This will be our first trip to DisnetWorld. I have heard and read about Family Magic tour. How and where can you sign up for this. I also am trying to find a web-site that will tell us the height requirements for the rides without having to click on each one. My kids are 5 and 2.5. Since this is our first trip, I can use any suggestions/hints or help. I have never been either, so we are going in totally blind. I am posting alittle late since we leave April 29, staying at the Poly. But I can use all the help I can get. Thank you in advance for all the help/suggestions.
