Help...Final payment due today....but may want to make changes

Ok, just happened to check in now and noticed Disney is offering a package discount for the time we are going. My final payment is due today (already paid it a couple weeks ago). I called ressie's to check a new price, but they are already closed tonight. I do have a code to check online, however I cannot for the life of me find where to put the code in on Disney's website. Can anyone help me out and tell me where the code goes! Also, am I too late to cancel my current ressie, if the new price is better?? Thanks

I don't know about cxl timeframes at this point, but there's a thread in Codes & Rates (title: discount codes) that has a graphics-included tutorial of how to enter the code. Sorry, I'm still a noob - can't post links!

No, don't cancel anything. Just call them tomorrow and add the promo code and they'll refund your money. I did this last week (my ressie was already paid in full too) and they changed my rate and refunded my money. FYI, if you get a CM on the phone and they won't do it for you ask to speak to someone in guest relations or hang up and call back for another CM. I had to do this last week cause the first CM I spoke with said that the promo was not available for my household Anyway, I just asked to speak to someone else (guest relations) and they were able to do it. Don't give up! Keep trying! Good Luck!!!
