Help Fax or Call

We are going to CBR in March, (right around the corner) do you reccomend faxing in your room request or calling. I requested what I would like when I made my reservations. This is more than just for conveinence, my mother is going with us and she has some health issues so it is relatively important that we get something that is somewhat conveinent.

I would first call and say I was double checking that my requests had been noted on my ressie since they were health related. Then about four days before check in I would fax a nice note restating my requests and the reasons for them - address the fax attn: room controller (I think that's what they're called) so that you will know for sure that the person with authority to assign room requests is the one who receives it, not just whoever answers the phone at CRO or the front desk. I have always been granted the requests I had to make for health reasons.
