Help! DS lost his lanyard full of pins!!!

We just got back from our 1st trip to WDW, had an awesome time!!! 12yo ds decides he wants to collect pins from the rides he's been on. Great!! He has bday $$ and ends up loving it! trading, buying, etc. He spent about $100. We get home and we can't find his lanyards anywhere! I saw him put them in the suitcase. He is so upset!! I feel so bad for him! I've called the resort and haven't heard anything back. I may try to buy a few off of Ebay for him. Any other ideas?

Go to www.odpt.com and see if you can find the pins he had, then order them directly from Disney. As long as they are pins that were recently released they should be available.

If you saw him put them in his suitcase it sounds like the loss happened at the airport. When my DH's luggage is "inspected" by the TSA they always leave a flyer in the suitcase that says it was inspected. Was there anything like that in your son's suitcase? If so, there is a remote chance is fell and wasn't put back into the suitcase. Might be worth calling the airport and reporting it missing....I've read others say they've done this and been told there is a lost and found, but sadly I've not heard of anyone getting their stuff back. But maybe you could be the first!

I have called the airport but I get stuck in the automated phone system! Press 1, no answer, we're closed, etc. Very frustrating!

Maybe you'd be able to list the pins he had or the rides & perhaps some of Santa's "elves" may be able to help out.

They will just tell you it's your lost for putting valueables in your checked bags.

I'm sorry for your DS but please from now on remember to take them in your carry-on.

Try to list and maybe the Santas can help.

Also start to look on E-bay for tose Pins and see of some one os selling a Lot ot the same seller is selling those same pins.

Now this in no means mean that they took them or they are even your pins but could be a start .

Just wanted to say I'm sorry he lost his pins. I can imagine how upset he must be. I hope they turn up somehow.
