Help! Disneystore.com code!

Hi everyone! Placing a large order on Disneystore.com and tried using the code HOLDIR09 for 15% off $50 or more and it's not working...
Anyone know why or of any new codes that are working?

Hi I had the same problem this weekend. I called after I placed my order to see if discount went thru. They informed me that there has been some computer problems, but she was able to correct it over the phone.

I would just give them a call and see if there is still a problem and if you can order over the phone. Good Luck- I'm sure they will take care of you.

I had some issues with codes last week. The problem was in the fine print. There is A LOT that is excluded from the codes like any Disney park merchandise etc. If your total isn't $50 of non-excluded merchandise then the code won't work. HTH!

Thanks for the help! I called and while I was on the phone realized the online site was telling me the 15% off code was only if you used your Disney Visa. Didn't want to charge it-wanted to use our bank card but I figured it was worth a try. The woman took the code no questions asked and I didn't have to pay with my Disney Visa!!!

Only problem was in all my time trying to find out what I was doing wrong, I also managed to look around the site a little more and found some more things to add to my shopping bag Which completely negated my 15% off.....what are you gonna do
