Help: Disney with Family of 19

Would love any advice from planners out there!

We're taking two sets of grandparents, 7 children (ages 2 - 11), 8 adults--and 2 of the couples have no children.

We've got 3 cabins at FW, doing the Dining Plan, all going to the same park each day, I've made ADR's at one restaurant a day and we're ending the week with Hoop-dee-do Review.

Any thoughts on where to get matching sweatshirts? websites?
Any thoughts in general on taking a large family?
Anything you'd recommend we do or not do?

Split up if you need to. Do not put two much in all being together the whole time. Maybe pick a meal that you meet up for. I have heard Zazzle is good for sweatshirts.

We've done this twice, the first trip we were a group of 16, for the second we had 22, ranging in age from 2 to 72. Definately don't try to stick together in the parks, with a group that size it just makes getting through the crowd too difficult, plus with different families and children's ages and interests it's easier to split up so everyone gets to see what they want. We usually booked one sit down meal per day for the whole group, that gave us a chance to get together and talk about what we had seen and done so far in the day. If the TS meal was for dinner, we usually watched the fireworks together to end the day.
Also, if you're staying onsite, I highly recommend the Grand Gatherings folks. They helped me so much with my planning, and having a Magical Gathering number makes it much easier when booking the resort rooms and dining, since with a group that large you have to go through Group Dining anyway.
