Help! Dh threw away the magazine with the recipe I need!!

I had an old magazine - not even sure what magazine it was! - and it had a recipe for a chocolate mint cake in it. The cake was 3 layers and it had a pink colored filling and a green colored filling for Christmas and the filling was mint flavored. The whole thing was covered in a chocolate frosting or chocolate ganache (sp?). I haven't made it in years. I think it was a Good Housekeeping or Woman's day, something like that.
Does anyone know what cake I am talking about or have a similar recipe? I promised my son one for his birthday on Monday!

Google "chocolate mint cake recipe" - I did, and there are several that came up. Look them over and hopefully one of them is the one you need! Good luck!

try googling it or go to pinterest. I pinned all my old magazine recipes onto my board so I'm sure I'm not the only one. It will be pinned by it's picture too so that should make it a lot easier to find.
