or any Bazzill? I am new to Bazzill (LOVE IT) so I am not sure what the ideal settings are for cutting it on my beloved bug. TIA!

Even with the blade set to 6, pressure to max and speed around 3, I still needed to cut through with scissors to release my bling.

Depends on what I'm cutting but usually blade 5, pressure 4, speed 3

OK, thanks, this gives me a good idea. I am cutting letters using the Stamped cartridge at 1 1/4" with the short feature on.

FYI -- bazzill really takes the life out of your blades! When I first got my cricut in June I was using only bazzill because it was all I had. I was changing the blade rather frequently.

I bought the provocraft 12x24 for a project -- I cut out 200 5 inch scalloped tags and 75 Mickey license plates. This was with a "used" blade. After this project, I cut about 3 dozen letters from the Jasmine cart and the blade was still fine. I was really surprised. Now I try to avoid the bazzill if I can.

I usually use normal paper and I have yet to buy a new blade. Of course this is on my Expression which I have only had a month. My baby bug I had for 4 months previously and never changed a blade. I have heard about the Bazzill being tough on the blades and for that reason I have held off. Of course, I am falling in love with the Bazzill... so that might force me to buy more blades.
