HELP: Cover/back page for Autograph book

I am in the process of making an autograph book for my daughter.

I need the front and back cover, is there someone that can help in customizing them.

any help would be much appreciated.

What do you want printed on the front cover
example -----'s Disney Autographs---Walt Disney World Trip 2015-----******'s Autograph's?

Do you want something printed on the back cover,like this autograph book belongs to?
OR This autograph book was made for ----------- by Mom?OR
This Autograph book was made for ---- with love by mom.

Off hand I know that Mandy, Marion(RustmanFan) Marne (Marnemouse) and Francisco (DarthKedric) make autograph book covers and also
I believe you got your last autograph book covers from Trudie (MusicMouse).

yes that would be helpful!!! sorry.. my daughter's name is Stella.
I am planning on making a 5 x 7 via Shutterfly, It worked well last time for my son.
The cover should say: Stella's autograph book 2015
the back cover : See you real soon!
all in Disney font.
My son's cover had the castle with characters in front of it.
something similar or maybe more princess style would be great for her

I could not remember who did my son's covers.
