EDITED TO ADD: I have restored the computer to the morning state and it now works fine! Thank you to PeachyT and CallMeFlower for the donations of codes. I needed the rooms to store the overabundance of halloween stuff left over from taking apart my rooms! Again , thank you! let me know if i can repay another code to you guys! :cool1: :cool1: :cool1:


Original post: I need help the kellogg's game Conquer the sea has decided to stop working for me, all I get is a tiny square box with an x inside! I don't know what happened, is this game still working? Please help me!
 
Hey Fan,

I just went and tried it and it worked fine for me. How do you try to get in? I don't go through Fun-K Town itself. Log on to www.kelloggs.com and click "Promotions." Then click on VMK and follow the "Fun-K Town" link on the right above the picture of the Pirate room. It takes you directly to the game.

If that doesn't work, try our old stand-bys: Empty your cache and reboot.
 
I take it you want a code for the pirate stuff. I will be sending you a PM with a code. Hope this is ok.
 
Thanks for the offer! But I am more concerned of the fact that some things are not loading now with my computer! I am thinking it has to do with ActiveX. I have tried to correct it but it is still showing a black box with a white x in the top corner where the game is supposed to load. I am thinking I have to run a utilities program which means I will have to shell out more cash for this rotten computer of mine!
 

From what you said I think you have restored your computer to the state it was when you took it out of the box, correct?

If so you may need to adjust some settings for things to work again.


If that is the case let me know and I will post more detailed instructions.

lol, no i just restored it's state from severals hours before, apparently I like to click things without reading it. Another message showed up later in the day that explained what had happened, basically I had chose the wrong option, which resulted in a loss of some applications! So it is usually my fault - lowers head in shame - but I corrected it, hopefully! :earboy2:
