Help! Computer problem, sorta

DD was doing a reprt for school and was looking on Internet. I didn't realize she found something she liked and cleaned up my computer and lost my 'history' doing a cleanup. Is there any way I can get back to where she has been to find this site for her?

Did she use a Google, or similar, search? Sometimes the words will still be there and a repeat search will bring up the same results.

Had she gotten to any of her places by typing it into google? I have my computer settings so that it finishes what I'm typing when I just begin with a letter of something I've written before.......does that make sense?

I've found some very lost websites this way before. LOL

If she remembers some text off the page, or a name or date or event do another Google search. If you know more about the content of the search, doing another may narrow your number of return sites. In addition, if it's a site you visited before, the link may be showing as 'visited'.

You know I have no answer for you, seeing how I managed to make my home computer inoperable and can no longer DIS from anywhere but work.
