Help! CDN resident discount voucher and FP

Hi,

Tomorrow is my FP day and I just tried to link my voucher to my MDE account and I can't do it. A little background - a discount was offered to Cdn residents and rather than send out a ticket, they send a voucher that is redeemed onsite when you show a Cdn passport. It was indicated that the voucher could be linked to MDE for the purposes of making FP reservations but it's not working for me.

To complicate matters, I booked through a TA so I don't think WDW will help if I call there directly.

Any others have trouble with these vouchers?

You'll need to call your TA. Because everything is handled by the TA, the ticket confirmation numbers were sent to the TA.

You can try calling Disney with the voucher numbers but your TA should be able to provide you with the correct info.
