Help! Can't retrieve my ADRs!

I tried to retrieve my ADRs just now on the Disney website. The site is not recognizing our reservation number. We are DVC members staying on points at BWV. I tried entering the cell phone number I had entered when I made our ADRs, as well as the home phone number. Neither one worked. I tried without any spaces or dashes for each, as well as with dashes in the phone numbers. I need to add in some allergy information. I made our ADRs this past Thursday for our July trip. How do I retrieve them?

We are going to Disney May 25 thru June 1, 2010. We are DVC members and going on our points too. I made all the ADR's and got confirmation numbers for them but I cannot pull them up on Disney's site either. I called and they have them in the system so I don't know what the problem is with retrieving them online. Good luck and let me know if you find an answer.
