HELP! Can't find virtual DCL party podcast instructions

Prior thread said it was not the "regular" podcast and special sign up instructions would be given but where????????????

i can't enter the chat room because i am on a public computer. is there any way i can enter the contests?

the pass word thing doesn't work so click the guest button and leave the password blank

just above this window is a menu bar in the web page that sez chat, click there.

ok, i entered as a guest...it logged me in, but all i get is a blue screen
there is a filter on this computer
can i still enter the drawings
