HELP!! Can't cancel Hotwire!!!

I have been trying off and on for weeks to cancel my membership in Hotwire Savings Club due to the fact that they no longer offer any Disney World stuff. I call the phone number and it rings and rings and rings and I get the recording that the "party is not answering-please try again later". Any ideas? Can you cancel online somehow?

You must be calling the wrong number. I called when I found out about the Vouchers and had no trouble at all.

try sending them an email. I sent them an email 4 weeks ago, and it took them 3 weeks (right after the billing date) to close my account.
I was going to argue anout the extra 7.99, but decided it wasn't worth it. I was too busy and happy getting ready for my vacation!

Just to let you know I emailed Hotwire this past weekend to ask them if they would be selling Disney tickets again. They replied that they would be carrying the new Disney Magic Your Way tickets shortly.

I'm an idiot! I was sticking an 800 before the 877. Thanks for pointing out the obvious. I got right through and cancelled.

Don't feel badly. All of the new toll free numbers are confusing everyone.

We stayed in a resort in December that tried to charge us nearly $30 at checkout for (free) calls to my 866 internet access number. Luckily, one lady farther down the row of computers agreed with me that these should be at no charge. It still took us nearly half an hour (of prime driving home time) to get the bill corrected.
