Help! Can you charge to the room at Counter Service Restaurants?

My friends are leaving tomorrow and she just called and asked if she can charge at Counter Service Restaurants using her room key. They are staying at Pop Century. I know you can't from vendors. And I know you can at sit-down Restaurants. But, I don't know about counter service.

Yes you can charge back to the room at the counter restaurants. We do it all the time

Most of the vendors now accept credit cards so I would guess that you should be able to use room keys there as well.

You can use room cards at some of the vendors, just ask.
