HELP - Booking A Breakfast With Scooby Doo

Hey Newbie here!

Please would someone help me in finding the exact location where I can book a breakfast with Scooby Doo in Universal Resort area? I am looking to surprise my sons who are big fans.

Where does this take place?

How far out can you make reservations?

cannot help with Breakfast, but we always have dinner at The Islands at RPR, and Scobby and Shaggy are there. They change things around so best to phone before you go on vacation to find out what night they will be there

Can anyone elaborate on this?
Are Scooby and Shaggy always at the dinner at RPR? In other words, is it a character dinner where you could count on them being there or is it hit and miss?
Right now we have a ressie for Confisco's Grille buffet breakfast where my little grandsons can see Spiderman (I think its Spiderman) and Thing 1,2 and 3, but if they could see Scooby and Shaggy I think they would like that even better and I would cancel Confiscos.

So, can anyone tell me more about this dinner at RPR?

They have 3 nights where characters are there, not sure of the nights but it was Mon was S&S Wed was The Simpsons and Sat was Shrek and Fiona. Now they apparently had changed the characters around after the summer season, so while the nights where the same ,the characters could be different.
If you Phone RPR directly ,they will tell you who is on and what nights they are there. We always stay at RPR and always have had dinner here the last 5years, usually a few times during our stay when S&S are there, as they are DW & DD fav.

Its just a normal dinner, and the characters are there, so does not cost extra, if you went a night with no characters it would be the same price. Its a lovely restaurant with excellent food and service, have never had to make a reservation, as it is always quite empty, do not know why, and this is July when we are there. Get plenty of time with the characters, when we where there last July, there was only 3 tables with people at them, and S&S spent a good 20 to 30 mins talking to us [well Shaggy did as we know Scobby cannot speak] they also have an area with a kids buffett which is excellent.

I`ve not heard if scooby and shaggy have a breakfast meal to be honest.

Last year we were in Jake`s Bar having dinner when they appeared and I was so excited. We hadn`t bothered with the camera that night, so DS had to run up and get it as I am a huge scooby fan Shaggy said they would come back when they had gone round everyone.................and he did. I was like a 5 year old

They spent about 30 minutes in Jakes wandered around to every table and posed for pictures. They were very good. Then they went over to The Islands restaurant.

This was in August last year and any night we were around it never looked as if you would have needed a reservation.

It was a Monday night they were due to appear. Not sure if this changes periodically. But a call to RPR would let you know.

Thanks rpbert1 and schumigirl I'll have to lok into this, although if it is on a Monday it may not fit into our plans.
