Help booked trip during Leaf's winter classic

We will be in WDW on Jan 1st when the Toronto Maple Leafs play in the winter classic in Toronto. Husband is true blue leafs fan, he is not happy and I need to find a way he can watch it. We do not have Rogers cable where we live and my husband will have nothing to do with Bell. We have Cogeco cable and use Telus for our phones. Any ideas on how he can watch this and the world juniors. We are staying at POP then on the cruise Jan 2. Also any ideas on how to get world junior hockey on the Disney cruise?

Yikes - my husband probably hasn't realized that we travel Jan 1 to Orlando. Is the game in the evening? He's a true die hard leafs fan too.
Just looked at the World Junior schedule as well. Crap. Hopefully we can get it on the TV in the room, but I find the states do not cover hockey as much as we do in Canada!
Maybe we can arrange a date night for them at ESPN club.

Might be hard to get the hockey game. There are college bowl games on that day. Also it is also a Sunday and there will be NFL games televised.

I believe NBC televises the Winter Classic game so I don't think you'll have too much trouble finding it down south.

World Juniors on the other hand I think you'll have a tough time finding down there.....

Disney tv is fairly good, if you can find it on an American network you should be good. Not sure if espn covers it. Good wifi service in the resorts so bring a tablet or phone and try to find a feed?
I seem to book our check in day for DAYTONA raceday every Feb. I should know better after 'mumblemumble' years.

With Bell I can watch live TV anywhere I can get a WiFi connection on a tablet. Does Cogeco have anything similar? If so maybe pay for the (expensive) WiFi package on the ship and watch it on the tablet.
