You can receive a credit from Jetblue if the price goes down later, by calling them. Non-cash, good for one year. I'm not sure if you'd have any use for it within one year though!
Have you priced SWA they too will give you a refund in the form of a travel vochure good for one year and the ability to change the ticket for free. Plus each person gets 2 free bags.

Newark to Orlando is crazy high right now. I have a cruise in early May and I am paying $258 RT and I purchased these tickets a while ago.
Now I have to attend a conference in June and the price is $338RT.

I did compare JB, UA and SW for my June dates 6/20- 6/27
UA $338 RT
JB $338 RT
SW $354 RT (with a change of planes)
ON my JB flight for May I am using a $20 credit from my last non-refundable fare change from June 2013 applied to my one way non-refundable fare. You just have to use it within one year of original booking, yes it can be done on a non-refundable, getaway fare. You get a credit....not cash.
I still didn't purchase for June yet, still waiting.
Update:
MY BIL is picking me up so I can visit my sister, so I might consider EWR-TPA, then MCO-EWR.
The cost to fly into TPA on United is now $278RT. Still thinking.
I was able to get credit on non-refundable fares, back in October 2012. Actually, it was multiple credits. The price went down several times- down to $80 each way (SYR to MCO and back)! I called and they credited me each time. I kind of love them for that now. They're my go-to airline for anything in the future.
One thing to keep in mind- the one year clock starts on the day the credit is issued. Not the date of your flight.
