HELP! Blemish issue

OK -- I know someone here knows a fast-acting product that can get rid of a blemish fast! Any suggestions?

Although I've never tried it, I've read that an aspirin paste works wonders.

Just google 'aspirin mask blemishes' and there's different recipes.

I've heard toothpaste too. Not the gel stuff. I have also heard that preparation H works. Never tried either though, so I can't say if they work or not. I have tried visine and it does help reduce the redness.
