Help! Anyone knows whether EU citizens (Finland) can book on the US WDW site?

Hi, I know we can't book offers from the US WDW site, but how about regular prices? Im a little bit confused as the info is not quite clear.
Were from Finland, we can book the UK offers, however sometimes the prices on the US site are better.
Were planning a trip in early May 2016.

I am in the UK but I am pretty sure you can book the offers on the U.S. WDW site. Plenty of us Brits do. You could always book via a U.S. Based travel agent such as dreamsunlimited. I use them to book our DCL cruises.

yes, you can book USA packages.
we do it all the time.
DD and her husband were just in WDW in november on a US free dining package.
i booked by telephone by calling the disney travel company number in the USA.

The OP wants to book online; you can't book for 2016 online until they release the prices for that year, which most likely won't be until next summer.

i was just speaking in general that non US people can book USA packages.
I wasn't referring to the particular year. You're absolutely correct that they don't release prices or allow booking until much closer the time.

As for online vs phone - i actually did have a problem this year booking online.

For some reason, the free dining package that i was trying to book wasn't available for booking online (not to anyone, american or not).
the US website would only show if the package was available on the days i wanted it.
To actually reserve i had to call the phone number in the US.
Not a big deal though. I booked it by phone without any issues.
Maybe it's because it was a free dining package that it wasn't available online.
It wasn't available online to anyone from what i could understand.
It could only be booked by phone (at that time).
I don't know if this is always true, but for this particular package, it could only be booked by phone, not online - regardless of where you live, the US or elsewhere.
So apparently not everything is bookable online - even for americans.

but i thought the key question was whether an EU person can book US packages and the answer is yes.

by the way, i suggest you post questions of this nature on the UK trip planning board.
It's not just for Brits. Lots of EU people are on that board too and will know the answers to EU related questions.

Hi,
I am from Germany. We have booked our September-2015-trip through Disney UK. I have compared the US offers, too, but in general the UK is much better because you can book free dining already one year before your trip (the respective US offer is usually short-term). Additionally, the UK offer normally includes a 14 day unlimited park hopper ticket!

oh, I forgot to answer your original question:
Of course, you can book the US offers AND the UK offers (cause you are from the EU!).
But, as I mentioned, especially for early bookings the UK is much better!
