Hello all! First time poster here, just figured this is the best place to discuss my pending DL trip! We are taking our soon-to-be 6 year old to Disneyland for our yearly trip in December and for the first time ever, we are letting her take a friend as well. I got a quote from MouseEarVacations and it was a really good quote, but I am kind of a psycho-anal planning person and was just wondering, before I give them a $200 deposit on Friday, if anyone has ever used them and if so, what was your experience? Thanks, any and all help is GREATLY appreciated! You can email me if you want:

Thanks again!

We booked an upcoming trip with them. The agent has been great and we have confirmation numbers, receipts, and such from her. BTW, You can confirm this youself through Disney CRO. We booked in April and she told us the day before the dining plan came out that there was a rumor and she had possibly good news for the next day.

She did change the reservation to the free dining package and has made most of our ADRs. I did some too because we wanted CRT! She was able to get everything we requested and has been able to answer a lot of questions on my part. We should be receiving our tickets and DME tags from her about 2-3 weeks prior to trip.

She has been very available by phone and email and I appreciated her changing the reservation to include the free dining for us. I doubt Disney would have done that after we booked. All of her correspondence is very professional for what its worth.

Good luck in planning your trip!

I'm using MouseEarsVacation too as it was recommened by allearsnet. They had some special rates for the week I am going and I have not found anything else out there that is cheaper. I have the room-only reservation and they promise to lower this rate if any public room-only discounts are posted by Disney.

My agent has been very helpful with ?s, ADRs and hooking us up with the Magical Express. I'll be traveling in Oct, so we'll see how it all goes then.

We had our trip this past April to WDW. Our agent was wonderful. Every question or concern was answered in a timely-manner. We will use their services for our next trip to WDW.
