HELP AGAIN (this pre-registration is useless)

I pre-registered for the DAS but she can only do my two pre-selected rides on the first day of my trip and not the other two.
She told me to come back to the same link to just do the pre-select ride thing however when the bot window shows up it tells me to click the link below to go to the pre-select chat and when I click the link it just takes me back to the same page!!!!!!!! (DIsneyland not DIsney world)
I tried calling the phone number on there but they said they can't help with that stuff. Seriously???????
THis thing is completely useless and stupid!

Do you mean the same CHAT window?

That is what is supposed to happen. Your side of the chat looks the same because your chat is the same chat. But Disney’s side of that chat is a different ‘chat address’ if you are doing the preselections than if you are doing the registration.

When I registered my son for DAS....I was a few days too early to be able to book advanced returns for all of our days. So I came back to the chat....and when the prompt asked if I was already registered, I said yes. Then I was connected with a person to make the rest of my advance returns. The chat always looked pretty much the same. But going in to just make return times had a shorter wait than when we registered.

This was all Disneyland as well. And I did it in January for our trip earlier this month.
