I'm posting this here because I have a feeling someone will know the answer. My friend just contacted me with a question. If an IEP states that transportation will be provided, does the school district have to comply? And where could she find this information?

It is very simple; if it is specified in the IEP and the school has not challenged it through process then they are required to follow the IEP.
