For those of you asking "Whats your story, Morning Glory" eh or something like that, here it is!
I am a former teacher now SAHM of a 9 month old son. I love Jesus, good food, the outdoors, and getting some awesome bargains(I am an insane coupon cutter). My DH has been brought to Disney World MANY times by his grandparents, while I, on the other hand, am a Disney world virgin. :bride: But I can't complain, because those same grandparents are now taking the three of us! (Basically, because they want to bring my son, they have to bring me to!:rotfl: )
MUCH MORE TO COME! (Working on some pics to put up!):thumbsup2 (and i have to stop my DS from chewing on my dog's bone, its great they share but really! :rotfl2:

And this is my Fav recent pic of my husband, although it is not Disney, it does represent one of his fav parts of it, the 3d shows! (this was from during the Superbowl)

And here is my young son, who really got into his teething biscuit! ;)

And here are my husbands grandparents, DS Great grandparents, who i will refer to as "the grandparents" or maybe even GP depending on my mood. :)

Yes its a Christmas pic! Isn't that Santa hat cute?!:santa: The grandfather has the funniest sense of humor and schedules his days around food just like me! The grandmother is great too, her only weakness is that she thinks my DH can do nothing wrong, and spoils my little one even more if she could! But they do respect me a lot as a mom, so we get along great. Oh and I did mention they are paying for the trip?!?!?!
I don't have any recent family pics, so I will have to get some good ones when we are in Florida!
Coming soon: The trip plan, pics of my famed Disney binder (which seemed crazy to my family, but nothing compared to you DISers! lol), rides and attractions we are looking forward too, and seeking any and all advice!

I am so excited to journey to Disney! Feel free to follow along! popcorn::

So while I was going through pic of disneyland two years ago, I realized something. I had taken pictures of the picture of us during the ride ( I forgot what those are called?:confused3 ) But I came to this conclusion. We are BORING!
:bored:
My goal this time is to try to get caught looking, well at least interesting!:upsidedow
Here you can all judge for yourselves:
(We are the blond and brown head couple in the middle)

Now my goal is to come up with some interesting poses to do. Any good ideas? ;)

Great photos... and you don't look boring!!

Yeah glad you guys are here! Oh and thanks that you don't think I look boring, how sweet.:cloud9: Guess I have high standards! :rotfl2: I will have to post more soon, but my DH has been gone this weekend, so I have less time on the computer.. have to pay a little more attention to my DS!

Enjoy it while they are little... mine are never home... DH works A LOT.. and in his time off he likes to fish..... DS.. high school sophomore... plays many sports, loves to fish and hunt also... DD.. in college.... comes home on weekends sometimes...but that is mostly when her DBoyfriend is home and then we don't see her anyway... so I am alone most of the time... I miss them all... I liked it when they were little and I had company!!! okay... pity party over...

 You are going to have a great time on your first trip. If I read this right, the grandparents are going with you. When you figure out what to do, make sure you schedule some alone time with you and your husband and vice-versa with them. Then you can all have date nights--it doesn't seem like the grandparents will mind babysitting:thumbsup2

Yes that is good advice! The grandma keeps saying that she will thinks we should take a day or two that is baby free. They LOVE watching DS and are really good with him. That is the real challenge with planning my days tho, I just don't know how the baby will be. But I should put up the grandparents pic, since they are part of our group!
Thanks for commenting!:)

Well, as you might of seen on my siggy, we are staying at the Caribbean Beach Resort! It is one of the ones my DH and in laws have NOT been too. But since the grandmother is handicapped, and walking is not their thing (she will have a wheel chair at the parks) I am pushing for a building near the main entrance.
I have read a lot on the resort, and I know it is the BIGGEST one in Disney! yikes. We are not going to have a pirate room  they were all taken, but i heard those are in the further away rooms anyway. I would love to get a nemo room! *crossing fingers* since I have read the remolded rooms are the way to go!

I am pretty excited about the new pool! Does it get any better then a pirate poo?!?! ARRG! pirate:

We will be getting TWO standard rooms, connecting (hopfully!) with the plan that if the baby is sleeping we can watch tv in the other room and not wake him. (he needs his naps or he is Mr cranky pants! Otherwise he is SUPER happy!)

I am so excited!!!

So excited for you! If you really stress that you have someone who is handicapped in the party, they should put you near the front. If not, complain and complain again. Just my two cents ;)

Good two cents! ;) I know i need to do that. Normally, I don't like to cause waves, but since I can say it is for the grandmother, i feel better about it. I think i will call a week or so before we arrive to make sure we have a good room... and then just keep calling and calling if I have too. :rotfl: Thanks for the moral support! lol

Is it listed on your reservation that you have a handicap person traveling with you? If not you might want to call and have it listed... they are usually very good about trying to meet requests... we usually get what we want... and don't worry about CBR being to big... its pretty easy to navigate....we were just there in January 09...

Yes i did say she was handicap, and the lady did something after that, so i am figuring they will be helpful. You were just there? Did you like it then? I don't mind walking, and the campus there looks beautiful. I think I will love wherever I stay anyway.. because it is Disney World!:cool1:

We thought the grounds were very nice... we actually had a wonderful location.. building 25.. water view.. very close to dining and bus stop. The rooms were nice. We didn't care for the food court though.... thought the food was blah .... but the resort itself was nice.

Hi there! Just had to pop over...

I have fond memories of CBR. From what I remember the rooms were nice...but I have to admit some of my fond memories were from meeting a cute lifeguard at one of the pools. :rotfl: Ah college.

Anway, sounds like you're gonna have an awesome trip! Your DS is just adorable!

Oh and I loved the pics of you and your DH on the rides. Especially that first one...looked like you were both ready and posing! "Ok now SMILE!" :)

Haha, that is what I thought, that someone told us to smile! Maybe it was just leftover from all our wedding pictures just a few months before? lol. I Am glad I took those pics, I will have to remember to take some on this trip!

Yeah, I think I read the food was only okay, I don't plan on eating much there but maybe breakfast, and hopefully they don't mess up breakfast! The grandparents will probably eat on site more (they are early to bed/watch tv people at night, which works well with my babysitting plan! hehe:cool1: )
