Hello from the 6/16 Wonder!!!

Greetings from Nassau! Today it is cloudy and in the mid-80s. I'm traveling with my best friend, Sue, and her daughter/my goddaughter, Alyssa. Our servers are Jeanette (Phillipines) and Heather (Australia); our host is Kirk (St. Vincent). We've done a lot of character meet and greets. Enjoying the ship and cruise, but it's too short! Looking forward to my next cruise in September.

Met one DIS family yesterday.

How are the cruise staff holding up since the Magic is out on the west coast now. Do they appear tired in any way?

Good Morning from Castaway Cay! Beautiful morning. Sunny skies. We aren't docked yet.

Shirley: Thanks for Lyssa's surprise. She loved it. When I left the stateroom this morning, she was drinking a Capri Sun that Mickey Mouse gave her. You are the best!

Taeja71: I haven't heard any comments from the staff about the Magic being on the west coast this summer. As always, the staff has been great and doing a wonderful job handling all the guests.

Lisa702: Glad you'll be joining us in September. We'll have to meet up on the 9/3/05 thread. I'll be cruising with my DH.

Ragdoll and Mommasita: Wish we could all cruise together again. As I am writing this, I am in the Cove Cafe. This is my usual morning hangout. Also, where I met up with Ragdoll and Mommasita on the 9/18/04 Magic.

Lbgraves: I notice less congestion for the dining rotations. We are on the 6pm rotation and our rotation has been APT. I have heard no comments -- positive or negative.

Tonight is the repeat cruiser reception. There are just over 900 kids on the ship.

We are having fun, although this is a way too short cruise. Looking forward to the 7 day in September.

We're headed to the beach at CC in about an hour.

Hi Jan...this is Connie. Fun to read your report. I never thought of using the internet while on the ship...guess I was to busy eating or visiting gift shops! Are you going to the Golden Mickeys? I loved that show. The four of us will have to try and get together soon...Jack was in Lansing Thursday I told him he should have phoned Dave, but he was busy with meetings. (go figure!) Already bought an album to scrapbook our next cruise...the cover says "Magical Memories".
