Hello, and now I guess, Goodbye for Good, Dear Friends

I was saddened though not surprised to hear the fateful news. I still came on once in a while to keep the account active, and bumped into a few of you. Now, it will be gone for good, and that makes me sad. Not for me so much as for the friends I have made. I've met a number of you for real, and love you all. I took comfort in knowing I could log on and instantly be part of a wonderful thing again. That safety net will soon be gone, and that makes me sad.

If any of you want to play something very, very different than VMK, I play World of Warcraft. My charactere's name is Elfshine. My realm (server) is Skywall. I am a Horde character (two factions, Alliance (bad guys) and Horde (good guys)). If you make a character there, be sure your realm is Skywall and you choose the Horde side. Then, we can be friends there, too. If you do decide to join, let me know, because I can get some sort of a bonus for referring someone, though I don't remember what it is.

Anyhow, I love you all, and miss you all, and it makes me so sad to see VMK go. I did sign the petition, for what good it will do. Maybe I should sign on and give my stuff away for you guys to enjoy for the last few weeks....

Boy, it is good to hear from you again. I surely miss you. I have another friend that plays WOW and he is always telling us about it. Sounds fun. If you should happen to log on again, I would really like to get your screen shot to put in my memory book ( scrap book).

That's exactly what i was thinking as I read her post, lol! I was so excited to get Narnia teleporters and a couple other things for my rurple spare shirt. What a shift that trade became a couple months later. No matter, it made me feel good to have my first rare items!
