HEELLPPP! big question

So.. I was reading about working at WDW and I came across the section about the guidelines of how to look and dress, and it says "no visible tattoos."
I have a forearm piece that doesn't come all the way down to my wrist. It is maybe an inch and a half.. maybe two inches from my wrist. If this could be covered with longsleeves, would I be able to get accepted? Or would that be a definite negative?

I had a friend who went to work for the Disney cruise line and he had a tattoo on his arm and he was allowed to cover it with a big ace bandage-type thing. I'm not positive about the actual parks but it never hurts to try!

A friend of mine used to work for Disney, she has a Disney tattoo and she still had to cover it. ALL the way. She used some kind of special make up and clothing to cover hers.

Yep. I don't remember what it is, but it's basically a form of stage makeup that covers well. But, you would have to cover it at all times on duty, especially on stage.

Wow, so you're telling me I won't see 1 single visible tattoo on a CM in WDW? Definitely a fantasy land! My DH and I sport 9 between us, and all are meaningful. I have a pawprint with angels wings on the inside of one wrist, in memory of all the dogs I've loved and lost. We are also getting ready to each get new ones, in honor of my DH's brother, who was killed in June. I think it's a shame that Disney discriminates against tattoos, especially if they are tastefull. I work for the police department, and testify in court with my tattoos there for all to see. No one here thinks I am less capable of doing my job. Heck, some people recognize me simply because of my tats!

I love tattoos, and I would hate to not be able to work in my favorite place just because of them.

I have full forearm piece of an eagle with it's wings tied back with a diamond in one talon and a dollar bill in the other. It wraps most of the way around and looks really nice. Too bad no one will be able to see it. =[

Although I don't work at Disney anymore I do have a tattoo now that I didn't have then and I know tattoo's are a NO NO to show...
I understand to a degree in some departments, but in others I can't make an excuss aside that if one can't then no one can! Just keep in mind some attendents wear long dresses, pants, and long sleeves year around.
