heated pools on Magic by any chance? NYC in October (end of)...BRRRR

Just wondering if we should bother packing a day bag with our suits for the afternoon of embarkation. October 29th may be just down right COLD. Flurries could be in the air. Last time we cruised out of NYC, it was August. No problem lounging by the pool waiting to leave port. Oct. 29th? probably not

I heard they are heated to 85. We have long sleeve rash guards. Hot tubs are always an option.

From Disney cruise line FAQ: "For your comfort, pools are heated to keep the water temperature at least 75 degrees."

I thought that if the air temp is below 75F they heat the pools. We were on the Wonder in Alaska and the pool was nice and warm. If the air is cold, go straight from the pool to the hot tub, and then you'll be fine to get out in the cold air after that!

It's going to be really cold. I mean, you could do it but it wouldn't be very enjoyable. Now, the hot tubs on the other hand will be nice.

I've been debating the same thing for our 10/15 cruise out of NY! This may be the first time we forgo swimming after embarkation and just tour the ship...

FWIW, it CAN be cold yes. But it CAN be hot. I'm in my 11th year living here and I've been bundled in coat and gloves at the end of October and I've been running around the neighborhood in shorts and flip flops at the end of October.
