I have problems with the heat, and have use an ecv so I can get out at Disney, and even then it can be less then an hour, when it is very hot.

does anyone know for cooling while in the parks.

I start having problems at about 23C (about 73F) at about 25C I can not walk, at about 30C I need the EMT.

I have MS and heat is a problem for me also. I have a cooling vest and a cooling hat. Both have pockets that hold frozen packs. There is also a cooling scarf that you put around your neck but I do not have that.

If you feel you are over heating, you can go to the first aid station of any park. It will be air conditioned and you can sit there or even lay down on a cot for awhile. Also the shows, stores and sit down restaurants are air conditioned so can always duck in some where.

Last, pick your time of year. I think you might want to avoid May, June, July, August and September.

I will see if I can find somewhere that sells the vests.

Last time I was jump from show to show.

Yesterday it sounded like my sort of weather, with the snow :)

I have a sleeve that keeps medication at refrigerated temperatures after being soaked in water. I have seen the same technology in head scarves and other clothing, but, I don't know where to get it.

If you have you choice of travel seasons, winter, especially early January, is often cool. Though not as cold as this year. I am at WDW now and it has been COLD all week, usually below freezing at night this week.

I am not good at all with heat. Though I can handle it somewhat if it is humid I start to not be able to breath well.

During our trip last May we actually started making ADRs for 5:30-6:00 pm at whichever park had EMH and staying at the hotel all day and sleeping in. Then about 4:30 we would head to the park for dinner. By the time we finished eating the sun was setting it seemed a bit cooler and less humid outside.

We would stay in the parks until closing. My DS and DD still talk about closing MK at 2:00 am. They still think that was the neatest thing. :)
