Alright i know i am in a very rare minority here but Who has some tips on healthier eating around wdw???? What are some healthier "good" options around at the different counter service locations or snack carts...anything Different that you found other than the usual boring healthy foods?? Also what sort of light of FF salad dressings did you encounter while on your Disney trip?? Thanks!

Ken's Fat free Italian wa sthe only dressing I found--there may be mroe , but I was fine with that.
There are a good number fo fresh fruits--pineapple spears, whole pieces of fruit, fruit cups, pineapple cups, frozen banana dipped in chocolate,

I do wish they would have a sugarfree popsicle treat and I wish they had crystal light or some other low cal that isn't water--I bring my own sticks and make it myself, but...

There are many salads and at least one vegetarian option on each menu. You may need to order without the sauce or condiment to keep it in the low fat/healthy zone, but it is possible. There are also some CS places with rotisserie chicken, salmon, steamed veggies, etc.

A few of our favorite counter choices:

Columbia Harbor House-MK

Anchors Aweigh Sandwich - white tuna with lettuce and tomato on toasted multigrain bun $8.09
Lighthouse Sandwich - hummus with tomato & broccoli slaw $8.09
Bowl of Vegetarian Chili $4.49

Sunshine Seasons-EPCOT

Seared Tuna on Mixed Greens with Sesame Rice Wine dressing $8.49
Chicken, Chile and Garlic Noodle Bowl $7.99
Roasted Beets and Goat Cheese Salad with Honey Sherry dressing $7.49

Tangerine Cafe-EPCOT

Shawarma Platters- served with hummus, Tabouleh, and a Tangierine CousCous Salad with a Fresh Moroccan bread (Price varies w/ choice of beef, chicken lamb)
Vegetable Platter - falafel, tangierine couscous salad, hummus, tabouleh, lentil salad and marinated olives $10.95

Also, if you're ever at OKW, Olivia's has one of the best turkey sandwiches on the lunch menu!

We aren't burger/fried food type of family.

necessarily looking for low calorie foods on this past trip. It was very hot and I often tended toward lighter foods. The salads at Pinocchio Haus were pretty good. I had the Mediteranean salad a couple of times. Toss the mozzerella. It wasn't good at all. And I do think the Italian was the only low cal option I saw there. Also the grilled vegetable Cuban Sandwich at Sunshine Seasons was very good.
