Healthy eating around the World?

What are the best meals/places to eat at DW? It has been a while since we went and I never paid attention to eating right, till last year. Any subway like kind of places there with lots of healthy choices?

All I remember is the choc cake everywhere for dessert for the counter service places.

We have the dinning plan if that matters. Just planning ahead....

I know the counter service places are putting in healthier options, such as chicken sandwiches or noodle bowls. The Land in EPCOT has a variety of healthier options.

Grand Floridian Cafe has some beautiful salad and sandwiches.

I'll try to think of more.

Thank You! I will need all the help I can get. I want to preplan when to eat and what my best options are so I don't go hog wild in the world with all the temptations.

There are some places it will be more challenging than others. I ate at the Land and got the 1/2 rotisserie chicken w/ mashed potatoes and grapes. We went to Cosmic Rays and had the same thing. (I was sharing w/ DD age 4) We ate at Pecos Bill's and they had a salad, but I'm just not a salad person so I got a cheeseburger w/ apple slices instead of fries. I weighed in the Tuesday before I left and again this morning - the Sunday after I got back (we were gone Saturday to Saturday) and I have a 4 pound loss. So it's definitely doable. And I had caramel corn and ice cream -just not as much junk as I usually would have. (caramel corn once / ice cream once) I did notice that there were definitely healthy options everywhere we ate though.
