Health Club at the BWV and BWI??

Are guests staying at BWV permitted to use the health spa and tennis courts or do you have to be staying at BWI to use them?

If you are staying at the BWV,you can use Muscles and Bustles Fitness Club. There is a fee, unless you are a DVC Member staying at the BWV. Then, it is free. There is both a daily rate and a length of stay option.

You wouldn't happen to know the prices on the daily rate or the lenght of stay option would you? Or do you have a clue where i could find them?
