Health Cards- 16 year old.

Hi. DD just turned 16, we have to go and renew her health card and get her picture taken. Well what ID do they have to take? She needs something that she has signed, these days they don't sign school cards.

We brought a birth certificate, report card, and student card. We also had a passport along.

Yes, I think that they put a list on the letter. We used DD's passport last year, too.
