Heading off into the wilderness!

Well - we are off on vacation up to the mountains! We have two hikes planned (one big and one medium) - and the rest will be relaxation!

Usually I go food shopping once we get there, but the nearest store - though okay - doesn't have much variety. So this year I bought all the food and am lugging it with me! But that way I will have everything I need for a healthy week's eating! Good snacks, simple grilled meals, and fruit.

We're going up to Mt. Blue in Weld, ME sort of near Rumford. The weather doesn't look to great but we'll make the most of it.
