Thanks Leanne....She's okay. She's been calling Chris every night checking in. They have water in the basement, but that's it. Good luck on the car shopping, car payments suck, but it is nice having reliable transportation!! Gotta get back and forth to disney SOMEHOW!!! LOL

I'm glad she is okay. Thanks on the car shopping. My problem is that I did have reliable transportation and it wasn't costing anything more than gas and insurance until Sunday morning. If Joe's going to Disney we ain't drivin'-he only wants to fly.

LOL I hate flying....had a bad experience once....so just don't do it unless someone is dying, or has died in the family!! LOL I begged Chris to drive from San Diego to Chicago for his mom's funeral!! I'm bad like that. I have 2 big fears, flying, and spiders.

Thanks Alicia! I'm doing better every day. I love my van too. If it weren't for Joe I would probably be looking for another one. He hated the van-said he felt like an old man driving it.

Thanks on the cake and car shopping too! So far the car shopping is going okay. Joe and I are going together tomorrow afternoon so it should go better without a doubt. They won't try to hoodoo me as much with him there.

Hey Dana, if you like the mini van, look at the Chevy Traverse. That's what I'm getting the end of the year. It seats 7 or 8, and is an SUV. I like the SUV look, but the van seating, and this has it!!! Chris is getting the Malibu. He's been wanting that since they remodeled it. So we'll have 2 nice new cars in the driveway....and hopefully a nice sparkling pool in the back yard. Bonus time..WOOHOO!!!

I really loved that van! I would probably have bought another but Joe was really pushing for me to get an SUV.

So after a few days and several test drives, I finally found "the" car. It's a Ford Edge. It's sooo nice and roomy. Just perfect for us. Here is my new ride...

It's black, with black leather interior. I like black too Connie! It has the vista roof (which I fell in love with! ), in dash navigation, Sync, heated seats, etc. Since we will be getting AP's in a few weeks, sneaking off for a long weekend to WDW, just got signifcantly easier! I'm .

Congratulations! I love the new crossovers...I was never big on SUV's until the crossovers came out. I have always be a car person and always BLACK!(that's why I always tease Danny and tell him I drive a Matchbox car in the blue and black ) I have been looking for a Navigator but it really is more than we need...
