Sounds like a fun idea to me!I'm sure everyone would have a great time!
Thanks Alicia! I think I'm going to go for it.

Thanks Lisa! I'm enjoying the sewing so much. I was a tomboy too and I feel like a duck outta water when I have to wear a dress. What a multi-talented woman you are! I haven't sewed anything big since Lacey was little. I used to make her sundresses all the time. As she got a little older, she turned into a tomboy like her mama and didn't want to wear dresses or have a bow on anything. I even had to cut the little bows off her panties. She still hates dressing up but will if she has too. I'm the same way.
Anyway, you did a fantastic job and save those little girl moments as long as you can.
YES! You should definitely go to Sea World! We went in May '08 and really enjoyed it. Maybe I can post a few pictures to try to convince you.![]()
Why not do Sea World? (Spoken like a woman who has never been off Disney property when in Orlando!)
Love the dress!!! I will have to go visit the site you mentioned. Did you get a progamable sewing machine? Mine is just a small Singer with a couple of handfuls of stitches. I would love to figure out the applique thing!
BTW, your package should arrive today!(It was sorted through your hometown PO this morning!...love tracking and confirmation!)

That $70/person price tag is just too high. I mean it isn't Disney or anything.I love Sea World! John doesn't care for it at all. Hunter hasn't been since he was very small so he doesn't remember too terribly much about it but when he looks at the pictures, he swears he remembers.
My Mama has never seen a whale and we thought about taking a day off and going to Sea World simply so she could say she's seen a whale. However, it would be a pretty steep price to pay just to say that.
I say do it !!! We went in 2007 and DD LOVED the Dolphins !! I wouldn't go every year but every once in a while is great !!! The shows are awesome !!
Wow, I have been missing out over here! You have been so busy and where in the world have I been anyway?
What a cute story about the DS. She did try, didn't she?
That cake is awesome! I am ready to have cake for lunch, now! You sure have patience!
I love that dress you made! ...and you Countdown Calendar...love the puzzle idea.
And I think you should go to Sea World for sure! We went for the 1st time last year and the whole family really enjoyed it. You'll have a great time!
Thanks Stephanie! Don't be nervous about the applique. Just look at the tutorial on the Family Board Disboutique thread and you will be all set. You're a smart lady you won't have any problems.that is such an adorable dress!! I love it!Of course, the model is adorable too.
: I want to try applique too but I am nervous about it!
I would say go for it since it is not interfering with any of your other plans. Plus with Joe wanting to Sea World--what a great gift for him! I know I would love to go (never been) but it is not going to happen this trip.
Those are so cute!!!! What a great way to travel with crayons. Go to SW. If you're getting the great discount and have the time for it, go for it!
Very cute rollups!!Your girls are going to be all Disney'ed up!
The crayon roll-ups are cute---that was really sweet.
I went to Sea World as a kid and remember loving it. We've never gone with our kids, but I know that they'd enjoy it.![]()
Oh, I love the crayon rollups when I see them too. They are awesome and will be great for the plane!!!
What a sweet thing for cajunfan to do for your girls. Those crayon roll-ups are so clever!
