Heading back to Princess Josie's Castle-An AKV May 22-29 PTR-TR Started 6/3!

Wow, that was quite a weekend! I am tired just reading about it! Dinner and shopping is always fun. When are we going to get to see some of the cute things the girls will be wearing?? I am glad you are going to get yourself some new stuff too! Yay for the stroller-no judging here-Avery will probably still use ours. Cayley can out walk her hands down. Glad you had fun at the zoo. Doing a countdown? Ours is almost done :)
I was wore out come Sunday night; that's for sure. As soon as I get some pics of the outfits I will be sure to share them. I haven't had time to think about it lately. :lmao: I have all the countdown calendar supplies but haven't gotten it together yet. I hope to get to that tonight or tomorrow night. :goodvibes

Hey Leanne! I am so sorry I have not been back to your PTR--I had seven pages to catch up on tonight!

Awe the girls look so adorable in their Easter dresses!! :woohoo: for Lindsey winning--is it one to be played with or left in its box? I love the cupcakes--I like the bright colors. :goodvibes: Sweet presents Dana! I bet that made the girls even more excited for the trip!

I am excited to have an 8:00 BBB appointment too. It is a little early, but we will make it an early evening the night before. To get the empty Main Street photos and good Castle pictures--so worth it! I don't blame you for checking all the ADRs, I want to as well. :goodvibes:

I am glad Lindsey's testing has worked out--I feel bad for her though! That is a LOT of testing. I can only imagine how fried the children are going to be after all that testing.

I am so packing our stroller!! I could not imagine not having it! We would end up carrying DD or breaking down and renting a stroller from Disney--no thank you!! :scared1:

Whew--sounds like your weekend was a busy as our weekend. Looking forward to seeing updates about the projects you are working on!
Thanks Stephanie! The LPS was supposed to be one to look at but he found his way out of his box about a week ago.

You will love BBB at 8am. So many pretty pictures without a bunch of people in the background. :goodvibes

I'm glad the testing worked out too. I feel like 3 weeks of testing is a bit extreme. When I was waiting to hear back from Lindsey's teacher I was perusing the other area school websites and the other schools are taking the GMADE & GRADE tests in April. I suspect that our school is pushing it back in an attempt to improve test scores.

I will be sure to update as soon as I'm done. I'm going to work on my projects tonight. : )

It looks like you had a very busy, but fun and productive weekend. I'm glad you found a good stroller, I rented a double stroller at Disney for Dallas up until he was about 8. I always worried about his asthma and all the walking. It usually just ended up being a carry all. :lmao:

:woohoo:33 DAYS :woohoo:
Heat and ashtma don't go together too well. As you know Josie has the same issues. I hope she never experiences an asthma attack at Disney. That would be terrible.

I like having a stroller to carry my stuff too. It's an extra perk for sure!!:thumbsup2

31 days to go!!! :cool1::cool1:

WOW!!! What a weekend!

No problem with the stroller here. Cooper is fine without one. He actually walked the trip last February at 2yo and last May/June. He surprised the heck out of me with that one. We actually had the stroller with us, but he never stayed in it. He wanted to walk.

That is so sweet that Josie tried to fix her mistake. Even though she made it an even bigger mistake...
We were really surprised at WDW last year, we couldn't keep her out of it and the year before we couldn't get her in it. :lmao:

I didn't have the heart to fuss at Josie too much over the Nintendo DS...her intentions were in the right place. :goodvibes It's so funny how completely opposite my children are. Rather than trying to clean it off, Lindsey would have been looking for some stickers to put on it too.

WOW! What a busy and fun weekend! Glad you found a stroller for your little pixie Josie! I think that we will be taking a stroller to Disney for the girls even at 6 years old. That's a LOT of walking! Helk, even at 35, I could use a stroller!! :rotfl: We have a Maclaren Quest and it has been a great stroller for us. I almost bought the Maclaren double, but wanted something that was all terrain and a little bigger for the girls so I got the Bumbleride, but I still think maybe I should have gotten the Maclaren for Disney.

I'm so happy to hear that school was willing to work out the testing for Lindsey. She's going to need this vacation after all of those tests! :teacher:

Hi Wendy! I almost bought the Quest in pink and gray (we loved it!) but we sided with the Volo because the material seemed like it would dry super fast if we were to get caught in a torrential rain like we did last year. A few times last year we had to line Josie's stroller with extra ponchos because it would be perfectly sunny and while we were on a ride a downpour would come and soak her seat through to the foam. It took FOREVER to dry and when it would get sunny again sitting on the plastic became uncomfortable for her. The Volo material seems almost like a tent canvas so I think it will be great if we do get some rain. I'm loving how tightly it folds up...it will be great on the buses! :thumbsup2

We are so glad that the school was willing to work with us. I'm so happy to have that behind us. We should be just about ready to go now!!:banana::banana:

WOOHOO!!!! I am so relieved for you, Leanne! I can only imagine the relief you feel!

Wow! What a busy weekend you had! Olive Garden, shopping, and the zoo? Sounds like it was busy but also fun.
Thanks Alicia! I can't tell you how happy we were to recieve the email from Lindsey's teacher. She is fantastic!

It was a busy, fun and productive weekend. One of the best we've had in a while. :goodvibes

Hey Leanne. :) Sounds like a fun weekend! Man, I am really wanting to go to the zoo here. And now that you mention it, eat at the Olive Garden. Mmmm.
Hi Sarah! It was a fun weekend! Do you have a good zoo near you? We really enjoy strolling through the two near us. I'm always up for Olive Garden.:thumbsup2

We got the girls' softball schedules and uniforms last night. Josie has her first game next Tuesday and Lindsey has her first game the following Monday. As soon as I wash and dry their shirts I will be sure to post a pic.

Have a great night everyone! I'm going to hit the sewing machine! :goodvibes

Vera's website is running the 20% off the sale price promo again...trying to fight the temptation....so hard...may not make it.....:faint:

Yall are to funny with your VB temptations! Leanne, I look forward to seeing the girls in their softball uniforms.

I just discharged a baby home and her mom had all VB bags; I thought about all my VB addicted Dis friends :lmao:.

I am so happy you reported about the Maclaren! We are looking at the Triumph for my son. I am also kicking around buying the cheaper Chico and getting a custom stroller cover. Have you seen those? So cute!

I am wondering, how did you get the 20% off?

I know, it's almost ridiculous isn't it. I hope to get a picture done before the weekend. We still have practices nearly every day so by the time we get home, we eat, take baths, and head off to bed. :goodvibes

No I haven't seen the custom stroller covers...do share! :goodvibes

The website sent me an email about the special offer but all I did to see the discount was pick a sale item and put it in my shopping cart. The discount showed up after I added it to my cart. I've added a laptop case to a shopping cart three times today-I haven't broken down yet. I have a new laptop and it only seems fitting to outfit it with a new case....right? :confused3:lmao:
