I just started reading your PTR this morning, so I'm not entirely caught up. We will also be staying at Kidani. Looks like we have a lot of park days in common, too-the 22nd-25th, actually. We'll be in AK the whole day on the 23rd. Looking forward to reading more!

Hmmm...I'm having trouble thinking of outfits. Perhaps origami project? I've seen some on various children's craft sites.

I also missed you losing over 4 pounds. Sorry! Way to go! :thumbsup2

I must have missed that ADR for May 22nd. Is this still your schedule Leanne?

We'll be at Teppan Edo on May 22 for dinner, too.

Hi Leanne! For Mulan night we made paper lanterns and hung them all around - it looked pretty cool! Just an idea! Fortune Cookies for dessert too!! We had wanted to try to make our own chinese but it was just to easy and good to pass up take out! I hope you all have a great night.

That's a great idea! I'll have to file that away in case we ever have a Mulan night. Thanks for the idea!

Good idea Alicia! I will have to do some searching and see what I can come up with! :goodvibes Thanks on the weight loss too. :)

No we have changed since I posted that. I'd post the latest but it isn't the final schedule now that we've changed resorts. :lmao: We are doing the 5:15 luau at the Poly on the 22nd as of now. :goodvibes

Thanks for the great ideas Nickie! Take out sounds good...I was going to cook but I like the take out idea much better. :lmao: I will have to look up how to make paper lanterns. We had Japanese last night and I made sure to swipe a few extra fortune cookies.

Nickie has great ideas Alicia! You should check out her PTR's. :goodvibes

Now y'all have got me rethinking our San Angel Inn ADR...:lmao:
LOL....girl you are the QUEEN of changes. :worship: I thought I had it bad. :rotfl:

We were in the Dollar Tree Saturday and they had paper laterns in all different colors. You could buy a paper latern for everybody and paint designs on them.:thumbsup2 See...see....sometimes I come up with an idea or two.

How about trying an ESPN Club night. You'll be incorporating the watching ESPN since it's always playing there. You could check out the menu and try to make your own versions of what they have. The Macho Nachos are just so YUMMY!

That is a great idea Megan :thumbsup2. Dale loves nachos and of course hamburgers :rolleyes1.

Maybe you could have a Disney night around Dale like Megan suggested. Sure makes me appreciate my girls though. I guess Joe is outnumbered and just goes with the flow. He seems to enjoy it too. He picked Mulan this week. I'll have to come up with something fun for that. :goodvibes

Thanks on my table, it isn't pretty but it's really special. I have the rocking chair she rocked me in as a baby as well. It looks a little better than the chairs for the table but she kept it in immaculate condition. Grandma's been gone 15 years now but I still think about her all the time. She was somethin' for sure. :goodvibes

I think I will have an ESPN night, that would be fun. Joe is cool to do stuff his girls like.

Things like your table and rocking chair are extra special now. You can pass them on to your girls one day and it will mean so much. I have my mom's bedroom furniture and it is more special now that ever.

Mulan sounds like a fun Disney night! love the latern idea!
I love how you have your grandmother's table and rocking chair...I have my mom and dad's kitchen table and I really need to get one that matches our kitchen. But, this table has so many memories from my childhood and Gwendolyn and Dayne's...maybe I just need to check into having it refinished...I also have my grandmother's hope chest; I did not have one so I keep all our photoalbums in it for now.

Ooooh, I will have to check out our Dollar Tree. We still have one left and it's pretty close to work. Thanks for the tip Lisa! Who said you didn't have good ideas??? :goodvibes

Can't wait to hear about ESPN night. Sounds like a lot of fun!! I have plans to at least keep the rocking chair in the family. I'd like to keep both but I think time will catch up with the poor table eventually. It doesn't match a thing in the house but I absolutely love it. Sometime I need to tell y'all about my Grandma. She was AMAZING!!:goodvibes

I totally understand. My table doesn't match anything in my kitchen either. :goodvibes My dad made me a hope chest and gave it to me last year. It's extra special because he has Macular Degeneration so making it was really hard to do. I'm such a sap when it comes to the special people in my life.

I'm really excited about Mulan night! I've gotten some great ideas! :goodvibes
