No...I have a Nov trip and was told by a CM that they don't open at the 180 day window. She said they will gradually open them up as they get closer if they are going to be available. For Nov, she told me to check back in a month or so. I will just keep checking it often; not that I don't trust those CMs, but not all CMs are equal.
