HDDR tipping?

We have been going to Disney since 1998, and have never attended the HDDR. THAT will change on Thursday when we are booked for the 4PM show. My question is, since the event is pre paid, what do people use for a guide for tipping their servers? Or do they not tip the servers (which I think, is not right). Thanx in advance for your advice.
