HDDR ticket pick up

Do we pick up our tickets at our resorts concierge desk? Can we do this a day or two in advance of the ADR?

Yes, you are able to pick them up when you arrive at your hotel's concierge desk. They will print them out for you--the ticket will have your table assignment on it as well--first number is row and those that follow are table number--e.g., 12 would be row 1, table 2 and is located in the Cat 1 seating area. If you wait until the day of the show, you will have to pick the tickets up at Pioneer Hall. There is an exterior ticket window. Have Fun! Love HDDR.
 
Yes you can pick them up at the Resort Concierge. But last Fall they were only able to print them 24 hours before the ADR. In the past, I have been able to get them a few days in advance. 24 hours was not particularly convenient, as we had plans the evening before and were heading out for the day the day of. I made it work, but I wasn't happy about the change in policy

Very odd Hopefully, we went in October and picked ours up the day or maybe day after we arrived. We arrived on Wednesday and our HDDR was on Sunday--we were at BWV during Hurricane Matthew and weren't even sure the show was going to go on--but it did! :confused3

Interesting !!! We were at BCV in October. I went to Concierge 2 days before and they told me they couldn't print them until the day before. So I went back the next afternoon (the day before but about 28 hours before) and they told me they couldn't print them until 24 hours in advance.
It seemed strange to me, so I wonder what was up. Glad to hear you could do it,

As with all things Disney--policies change on a dime and different CMs have different answers for everything. :rolleyes:
 
We stayed at YC and the concierge printed them out the day we checked in which was 5 days in advance. She hesitated because people tend to lose them but I told her I am very organized and would keep them in my folder.
 
We stayed at the BCV in Oct as well and picked up our tickets right after check in. So we were 8 days out. No problem. I think you may have had an inexperienced CM.
