HDDR Christmas week?

Has anyone been able to book the Hoop Dee Doo over Christmas week? I'm seeing zero ability for all 3 shows. Could it truly be sold out or is it not available to book?

Anyone know? I'm even wondering if there's no availability in the month of December at all. I haven't checked every single date, but I've checked the first week of December and Christmas week and there's nothing for any show.

Hmmm, with more searching, I can't find any availability in September, October, November or December. Is there a refurbishment going on that I don't know about?? Does anyone have the show booked after August of this year?

I just tried to book Christmas week too, and nothing. I spoke to IPO and they said that they are re-configuring the seating and once that happens tables will open up. I hope that is accurate info????

Oh, thanks for posting! That makes me feel better! I've usually been able to book the 4pm show fairly last minute, so I couldn't figure out how it's sold out so far in advance. Hopefully it opens up soon. Thanks again!!

I really don't think they are reconfiguring the seating. There have been several threads about the 6:15 show not being available to book in Sept, Oct, Nov and Dec. However, the 4:00 and 8:30 are available to book. I have called weekly since April (my 180 days) and not one CM has been able to give a reason, as it shows that it is bookable. The CM have referred to it as not being released yet or a glitch and to just keep trying back. It's really disappointing that I'm supposed to plan 180 days out but it's OK for Disney to release things when they want. This is a family favorite and I feel like I spend way too much of my time double and triple checking on availability.

Were you able to book the 4pm or 8:30pm show? I can't find any Hoop Dee Doo availability in September, October, November or December. I haven't checked every single day, but most - for 4pm, 6:15pm and 8:30pm. I just can't believe it's sold out. They just haven't released availability. I agree......frustrating.

I booked the 6:15 for Christmas dinner for 6 on my 180+10 which opened June 21st. Didn't have a problem. We have never been so I hope it's worth 2 TS credits

Hmmm, that's interesting. I can't find any availability whatsoever at 180 days. I often book this show fairly last minute so this is strange.

We have been unable to book any times/days for our early December trip. My sister talked to a CM who said they were reworking the times of the shows and to just keep checking back.

Sure hope that they are reworking times or something, because it is a Thanksgiving tradition for us, and there are no times available at all on Thanksgiving week.

I have been trying to book anytime for 12/25-12/27 since my window opened and nothing. I called and talked to CM and he said it is all booked up, I just cannot believe that.

When I phoned, the CM said availability hadn't been released yet.

Just a quick update......I did an online chat on the Disney website, and the CM said that nothing is bookable in January either, so she thought availability just hasn't been released yet. She also checked for any notice of a refurbishment and found nothing. Looks like just a delay in availability.

I just called and a CM looked and said there was nothing available for the week I'm going which is 12-17 - 12-25. She then ask if she could put me on hold while she asked her manager. She came back after about 10 minutes and said her manager told her that HDDR was going to be under refurbishment and they didn't want to release any dates till they were closer to re-opening. She said her manager said to try back in mid August, but that was not a guarantee that they would be available yet.
