I thought the pricing for HDDR included tax and tip....So if you are using the DDP, how does that work?

The tip is already included. You do not have to pay any additional tip.

Hoop dee do review@ Fort Wilderness. It's a dinner show. Lots of fun!

We're planning on using the DDP for the HDDR. Don't you only qualify for level 2 or 3 seating? Is it possible to "upgrade" or is that not important?

Never been, and really looking forward to trying it!:goodvibes

Yes it's only cat 2 or 3 you can not pay the difference to upgrade. Only the 9:30 show allows cat. 1 with the DP.

I tried to get Cat. 1 at HDD for 9:30 last night and the CM told me that the DP was never allowed beyond Cat. 2 and 3. He checked with a supervisor who said the same thing. :confused3

Does anyone have any experience with HDD and the Categories at 9:30?

I was told that we have cat 1 at 9:30 on the DDP. Try calling back and talking to a different CM. Are you going to WDW over Mardi Gras?

Okay, so I called back today. The CM was really nice and fun, but, again, when I told her that I had heard from 2 different websites and that I had gotten the '08 DP brochure and all sources said that at the late seating, DP members could get Cat. 1.

She said that she had never heard of that, but she was going to try booking it to see. She tried, and then it went through. She said, "Wow, it allowed the booking. . . then, she said, "Wait, it is showing a charge. Then, she said, "Now it is zeroing-out. You are good to go."

She laughed and said, "Do you think that you could send US a copy of the '08 Dining Plan brochure so that we'd know what was going on? I've never heard that the 9:30 seating allowed Cat. 1 DP members."

No, we're not going during Mardi Gras. . .(I wish)! The school district here does not release the students for Mardi Gras. This was for June (and there was no availability left on the early two seatings that day already).
