Hi. We are scheduled to cruise in April 2016 and we are a family of 6 with 3 wheelchairs and 2 girls with down syndrome. I want to fly into Orlando at least 1 day before the cruise so we can board worry free without flight delays and the scare of missing the boat. However, other than Disney transportation, I can't find a way to the hotel, and then on to the boat. Any suggestions. HELP!!

Where are you staying? And can those in wheelchairs transfer or will they need to remain in their chairs?

A real simple option is to stay at the MCO Hyatt, which is right at the airport, and then take DCL transfers to the port the next morning. If you are staying at a WDW resort, you can take ME from the airport to the resort and then DCL transfers to port the next day. Just be aware that your party may need to split as I'm not sure if the ME and DCL buses take more than 2 (please call to find out as they may take 3). I believe you can schedule accessible transportation through Mears but I don't know if they go as far as Cocoa Beach or the Port Canaveral area.

Enjoy your cruise!
